MM UltraPure Magnetic Mixer's patented levitated impeller allows the mixer to be run dry and mix to the last drop; resulting in higher yields. No contact/zero friction between the bearing surfaces minimises wear, even when running dry.    The hygienic design is achieved by using an open, levitated, fully drainable impeller. This makes it easy to clean and removes the risk of product accumulation.

When used in conjunction with a Variable Speed Drive, the mixer is able to achieve highly efficient mixing and gentle product treatment at slow speeds, or high intensity vortex creating mixing at higher speeds.

All of the components are designed to meet the strict documentation requirements and come complete with the Alfa Laval Q-doc package, including: 3.1 Material certificates, USP Class VI certificates, FDA Declaration of conformity, USDA-H1 conformity statement and TSE/ADI declaration as standard.
